Our homes are one of our most important investments - both for enhancing our lifestyles while we live in them and for financial returns when selling. Home improvements are one of the few areas where we may be able to maximize both near-term and long-term benefits, but it requires careful planning to accomplish this.
The key is to understand what home improvements can give you an improved lifestyle today and maximize your return on investment when you decide to sell your home.
